When attempting to download I receive the message 'Future date request'. Answer: This is caused by attempting to download data a second time for the same date (for example, when you re-install the
program). In order to have the download date re-set, please email: support@shareeasy.com.au
Also check the date on your computer. To do this, double click on the
time display at the bottom right of the screen. Check and adjust the date if necessary.
